shedding baby
Lily is starting to shed the last vestiges of baby-hood. She slept in her new big girl room for the first time last night! We had had it done for awhile, and would just casually ask her about it and she took us up on it last night. At first, I think she thought the "new" arrangement would be that Mommy would sleep in there too, but she accepted reality nicely. I laid down with her, read her books, then switched to a chair at her bedside and then said good night and left. I am proud of her, but part of me is sad because I did love seeing her in her crib. *sigh*
