Hi Jenn, I am so glad all is going well with Clara. Lily will adjust once she realizes Clara is not going anywhere and gets more used to seeing you take care of her. That is great she is so maternal with her little sis! It is hard for the little ones to understand how to share their mommies sometimes. I am fully expecting some issues with Keela and our new baby. Just remember Lily will probably not remember a time without her sister there. Ry and Keela have their moments but mostly they get along well and love to make each other laugh. She completely lights up when we pick him up from school or he gives her attention and he is enjoying her even more now that she can communicate and play with him. something Tim and I did right after keela was born was to spend a lot of alone time with Ryan. I took him out for his 3 year pics, to the mall, for lunch and to chuck e cheese. tim took him out to the park or on errands, or for a special lunch just the two of them and we just made a big deal that he was able to help us and spend time doing big boy things and the baby had to stay home and sleep. ry really seemed to enjoy that and we are going to do the same with him and keela once this little one joins the crew. then when keela was sleeping I would always play games with ry or do arts and crafts stuff with him (like it sounds you are doing with lily) and just put off the cleaning and whatnot as best I could. It gets easier!! you are doing great, mommy of 2!
