Lily and I went for Lily's first haircut yesterday. I wasn't sure how she would do, so I went to a place in KOP that had a salon that advertised as a children-friendly place and hoped for the best. I told the hairdresser to start with the front in case that was all we got to and her bangs were totally in her eyes at that point. Well, I sat with Lily and whispered in her ear the whole time and she didn't make a peep. Yahoo! So the lady kept cutting. What Lily ended up with was the cutest curly pixie haircut you can imagine.
Is it normal to be obsessed with your daughter's new look? Especially when I could seriously care less about my own hair. lol
Lily looks so chic and beautiful with this haircut. I keep calling her Mia Farrow.
Ok - superficial moment coming on - I am so happy Lily has this exquisite face that can showcase a short haircut like that. I could never and would never wear my hair that short because of my strong features, but Lily looks truly beautiful.
