It is really interesting how Kubo is heavily comparing and contrasting the Lust Arc VS Decide Arc. If we're lucky (clearly wishful thinking) Kubo will keep both Gin and Ulquiorra alive. I reaaaaalllly liked how you put this here:

Couldn't have said it better myself. And I think that was the entire point of the Lust arc, to empathize and elaborate on the character's behavior to the situations. At the same time we are reminded how Aizen is truely a monster who has a twisted mind.

I find it funny how Aizen said that he "needed" fear in order to go, another way to contrast with the Lust Arc where like you said, Orihime can evolve into a fearless warrior who doesn't scream to a dead corpse for help. But here's the funny thing. Orihime, (for the time being) ONLY when she's alone she can be brave because she knows she has nobody else to rely on but herself. Whenever she has people around her (Ishida/Ichigo/Others) she steps back as a coward, and hiding her true colors. (LOLZ I'm making it sound like she's evil or something HAHAHA XDDD) So in this case, Aizen wants to be able to fear when he's around people and Orihime wants to be brave likewise situation.

Lust Arc had not done yet when we haven't seen any resolution from BOTH Ichigo and Orihime. Kubo-sensei created Allon for foreshadow, Lust Arc for the hero climax and Deicide Arc for villian climax. He might need another arc to wrap up. Of course, Ulquiorra had to return to wash Ichigo's guilt of killing, also Orihime's regret. Gin still had something to do with both Ran and Kira. Kubo never let his character gone from his story if they hadn't finished their business. But his snail pace took forever to me DX
I found interesting in the concept of "fear" vs. "no fear". I think it was ironic when the Arrancar followed him because he's fearless. Turning out Aizen did feel fear for his own death after all even if it was "just as planned."
It's not like Orihime can't be brave when there're people around her, just Ichigo (because of her damsel complex). She can fight if she witnesses everyone except Ichigo got beaten. Orihime is really a strange girl, isn't she?
While Ichigo could be on the same power level with Aizen, he couldn't defeat him alone because Ichigo NEEDED his heart, his own nakama. That's why I think every nakama would take role in fighting against Aizen. I think the moment that Orihime could break out from Ichigo's influence to grown on her own character was the moment where she could stand on her own and FIGHT without fear.
@____@ I'm actually REAAAAAAAAAALLLLY hoping Kubo to swap to the dome already because this way he can make people go, "NOOOOO! THEY FIGHT! WHAT ABOUT THE FIGHT?!" Moreover if Ichigo were to fight Aizen in the next chapter don't you find that happening too fast? Err then again it has been what 10 years?! XDDDD Just doesn't feel like it's time for Aizen to die YET, though really I want him dead. PERIOD. GONE. VANISHED. BURNED.

Isshin would be fine. I think he just ran down his reiatsu in the dangai.
There's possibility that next chap might be Ichigo's flashback of his training where we could get more info after the dome event.
