Killing time is better than killing mimes
I just finished writing about Karl Marx, Communism, Dada and Punk. It was fun. I forgot how much I really enjoyed Greil Marcus' "Lipstick Traces". Now, I have an hour to kill, I suppose that I could be all scholastic and get a head start on next week's readings on Nietzsche and Schopenhauer, but I would rather give my brain a rest before class.
I started my painting homework last night. If I like it enough, I will scan it and post it here. I need to stretch more canvas tonight. Tendai is all about working large, which is okay with me. I just need to get more stretcher sides, which I will do when it isn't freeeezing outside.
I need to do my taxes so that I can pay Tim back some of what I owe him. On top of the normal bills and mortgage payments, I owe him $2000. Bleh, not that he is gonna send me to a collection agency or anything. I'd rather pay him back sooner than later. We did decides that if my car needs anymore major work, that we are going to sell it and I will get another car that is more reliable.
I wish that it was time for class already I am tired of sitting here doing nothing and trying to keep entertained. Bah! Its too cold to run around outside unnecessarily.
