There is no mistaking the sound of lightening when it hits your house or something connected to it like a TV antena. We found this out last night. I guess it ended up being good that we punked out on going out afterall. The lightening strike fried our TV in our bedroom and also the router thus foiling our plans to do nothing today. Luckily, the television was still under warranty so we got store credit and a nice upgrade to a flat screen thingy. Its pretty sexy. Best Buy gets two thumbs up for customer service seeing as we had a Netflix DVD stuck inside and when they plugged the TV to get it out it started billowing smoke.
