i got a ton of books for the holidays, including:
-Primo Levi's "Survival in Auschwitz"
-Michael Moore's "Downsize This"
-Orest Subtelny's "A History of the Ukraine"
-"Cover to Cover" A book on creative bookbinding
-A big book on Salvador Dali, one of those bulky tomes from the Taschen series
-"Vitamin P" about contemporary painters & painting
-Norman F. Cantor's "The Civilization of the Middle Ages"
-Al Franken's "Lying Liars and the Lies They Tell: A Fair & Balanced look at the Right"
-Aniia Looma's "Colonialism & Post-Colonialism" A New Critical Idiom
-a book on Getting a Masters & Phd
-Howard Zinn's "The Twentieth Century: A Peoples History"
-Walter Truitt Anderson's "Reality Isn't What it Used to be..."
I think I want to read every book I currently own and get rid of the ones that I will never read...like all of those damned Anne Rice books I insisted on buying when I have been reading Mmenoch the Devil since about 1997(or whenevr the hell it came out in paperback) and STILL have yet to finish it...one of these days....
