i love detroit
So far college has been amazing. I have met some wonderful people who seriously bring light to my every day. I'm finally happy living here becuase I got to switch rooms and am now living with Laura who is just the most absolute sweet girl. Its strange how much better you sleep when you are happy within.
To start off with I basically failed all of my first exams and I was not so happy but the past few days I have been playing catch up and decided to get my act together so Im going to rock the next ones. Plus I decided that if I keep a positive attitude about it then I will ultimately do better.
All my friends are intelligent and beuatiful (and i know ive already said that but i cant get over it) and we have bonded so close in so little time- its like we have our own little family. As the winter months rapidly approach I hope that someone will come along. Since i will forever be a hopeless romantic i am still waiting to be swept off my feet by some amazing person that i havent not met yet. (kepp your fingers crossed)! I decided however that instead of trying to find someone im going with the french approach of laissez-faire and just let whatever is meant to happen happen.
Enough said i dont want to be sappy or over think things cuase i have a tendency to do that.
Tonight is thirsty thursday so you know what that means...coach's corner!
