An update would probably be nice.
So, Sarah, a new friend of mine, came Tuesday morning and helped me hang up Grant's border in his room....it looks soooo awesome! I love it and so does he! Now, I need to find some cheap border from that same place for Kari's room! Sarah wallpapers a lot and she was great help and we were done in about an hour and half.
I am really procrastinating cleaning my house for this Progressive Dinner Sunday night. I need to have it done by tomorrow afternoon before we leave for Kansas City and the way I am going, I'm not going to be done, so I desperately need to get off my behind and start to work on it.
So, really exciting news: since I have joined WOW (the workout place) I have noticed that in the mornings they have some women who just "man" the place for an hour or two and than they go home. I've visited with these women about what they do and they say they get to work out and the owner just waives their monthly fee for them in exchange for them manning the place during the morning. I've thought how cool that is and wished that I could do that. Not only for the free thing, but also it would be an even bigger motivator to get up and go work out. I mean, you HAVE to be there! So anyway, this morning I was visiting with the lady who does the 6:45 to 7:45 shift and she said that she is going to have to quit because of health reason, I quickly jumped on this opportunity and asked for the owners phone number. I called her when I got home and she said that she'd like to meet with me Monday at 4:00 and that we'll go from there! I am soooo excited! I hope that I get the "job." It would really help with the finances and it would MAKE me at least work out 3 times a week! The days I would be doing it would be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. AND...I could work out for the full hour and than I wouldn't have to go any other day but those days! :) I'm so excited about this and thank God that He has blessed me in this way!
So, we leave tomorrow for Kansas City to meet up with our friends...I cannot express how much I cannot wait!!!!!! It is going to be so much fun. Tomorrow night we are going to stay with my high school friend Carma and her husband who just had their first baby in October. I can't wait to meet him and to visit with Carma about the adventure called Motherhood. We haven't visited a lot since we went and spent the weekend with them last May.
Well, I need to go run some errands and than come home and clean the house. I hope you all have a very blessed day and weekend! You are all in my prayers.
