Friends coming and so on....

I went and worked out again today...no sore knee...yet. We shall see what happens.

So...."Uncle Fred and Aunt Sandy" from Iowa will be here on Monday!!! YAY! We call them Aunt and Uncle just because they are like family. I met Sandy when we first moved to Iowa and she kinda "adopted" me as one of her own children. Since none of her kids were married and had kids of their own and still don't...when we started having kids she "adopted" them as her Grandkids as well and has spoiled them rotten ever since! My kids absolutely adore Fred and Sandy. They are in their 60's and just absolutely wonderful people. Sandy is a United Methodist Pastor and Fred just recently retired from the insurance business. I am sooooo looking forward to having them here! I don't know how long they will be here, but anytime will be good! :) (This is one of the reasons I painted the spare bedroom two weekends ago, now I just need to finish decorating it).

I think me and the kids are going to go to Mom and Dad's tomorrow just to hang out with them. Mom has been hounding me to come up and spend the day with them and I thought, why not? Heck, it'll give me a little break from having to watch them all the time and maybe I can take some scrapbooking and work on it a little. It will be nice.

I joined a Bible Study at church. It is every Wednesday morning from 9 to 11 and they have daycare provided for the kids. It is a Beth Moore study called "Living Beyond Yourself." The first class was yesterday morning and I KNOW that this is exactly where God wants me to be. The video was incredible and very convicting to me. I started the first lesson last night and WOW....it is going to be excellent...I can't wait to get in deeper! Please pray for me that I will continue to remain excited about this study and that no distractions will get in my way from doing my daily "homework." Thank you.

Well...it's story time at the library today and I need to get in the shower and get Kari ready, so I should really go now. I hope you all have a very blessed day! :)
