almost april already?
my goodness, the time is going by so fast AND i couldn't be more happier :) i'll be 15 weeks pregnant tomorrow...so hard to believe. i haven't updated this thing in forever, but i really need to because i know i will enjoy reading back once our little angel is here!
upcoming important stuff? 4/12 i have my check up AND a colocospocy (sp?) done at my OB office. i had an abnormal pap come back. my dr told me not to stress out about it, it's probably related to pregnancy hormones - so we'll see. i am looking forward to hearing my angel's heart beat again though! and then...(drumroll please)...we find out the sex of the baby on 4/28! it is so close, yet so far away! i have to admit, i'm really nervous about finding out because i know, once i do, i will go NUTS shopping! jeff will have to control me, for sure!
now that i'm in my 2nd trimester, i have to say that i am noticing a FEW things different. a) i'm starting not to be so tired. b) my boobs are BIG...ugh! c) my pre-pregnancy clothes are def tighter (i bought my first maternity outfit over the weekend!!) and d) i'm not nauseated much anymore! at my last appointment, i did get to hear the heartbeat! the little one was moving around so much for the doctor..i'm thinking it didn't like that doppler machine too much! haha. but anyway, the heartbeat was a strong 164! my doctor looked at me and said "you just might be having a little girl!" i smiled from ear to ear :D
things with my leg are slowly getting better as well. the new doctor put me in PT and it has helped tremendously (just with the first visit). i am now able to walk up & down steps (with my crutches) and walk a lot more in general (with my crutches). i do tire easily, but that's normal considering i've been immobile for so long! i'm hoping another 5 weeks and i'll be GOOD TO GO completely! bye bye cruthes, never see you again (i hope!).
