Health wise, I feel I am doing really good since my slip up a week or so ago. I haven't eaten junk since the beginning of the week and I'm eating healthy portions and meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. On Sunday I went to the gym and did the Cardio Triathlon test. It consists of 1.5 miles of running, 2500 meters rowing and 150 calories burned on the bike. Apparently the average person can complete it in 40-45 minutes. I did my best to try and make that time but I couldn't do it. Treadmill - 18:54 Rowing - 12:55 Bike - 22:55 Total = 54:04
I was still happy with myself for actually doing it.
Gail was sick today so I decided to try to beat my times for the 'triathlon' today. I shed 4 minutes and 8 seconds off which is good but I still am not 'average'. Treadmill - 17:11 Rowing - 12:54 Bike - 20:31 Total= 50:36
I worked my ass off today for those times. I think my rowing could have been a little better if my back wasn't hurting.
I've been having really bad back pain right under my shoulder blades lately. I believe it's from bad posture. Well, my posture is a lot better now than what it used to be, but if I slouch or it isn't optimal, at the end of the day it's really painful.
