A ramen place.Very good. Had ramen and a variety of small rice bowls. You can upsize to a large for 1.00 or downside to a small for -1.00. There was a bit of a line at 8:30 or so on a sunday night, but not a super long wait. Well worth it.

I got gyoza as a appi and it came with some sauces. Red vinegar, white vinegar and soy sauce.

The gyoza they called it a goro-niku. I thought it'd be a special meat, for 5.00 it was pretty pricy gyoza. 5 pieces @ 1.00 a piece here! but it was pork and chives. The skin was very crispy and thin, and the sauces that they let you pick from was also a nice touch.

I got a Toro-niku Ramen (fatty meat) Ramen, served in a first come first serve basis. We went pretty late, around 8pm and they still had enough for the 3 of us.  I picked the Shio style (salty and pork broth, very creamy). They had a option of Kara (spice) or Shoryu (Soy sauce) or Miso, but I decided on this one. It was flavourful, the pork was from the cheek (so jeff says). It was a bit cold, and salty but fatty and juicy delicious. it was about 15 bucks.

The soup was creamy and rich in pork flavor. The noodles was tender and chewy and had a bit of flavor in itself w/out the sauce.

It comes with Bamboo slices, green onion, seaweed, umeboshi, fish cake. And I got a boiled egg on the side for  about 1.69 extra (well worth it, super delicious). Only this dish comes with the meat on the side.

Jessie/jeff got the Kara (spicy) version. It's similar except that I got a umeboshi while they got some thinly sliced peppers.
