Kame and the rest of the gang are outside the emergency room waiting for the surgery to end. The silence between them is so deafening. No one knows what the right words to say to ease everyone’s feelings.
Maru: Junno, let’s get everybody something to drink.
Junno didn’t mind. He too can’t stand the silence anymore. He doesn’t want to say anything that might hurt him. Because he might say something that the others don’t want to hear and just punch him @ once to silence him.
Ueda left the group first. Koki was worried so he followed him and saw him entering the chapel of the church. The two kneel down and pray whole heartedly for Jin’s successful surgery. After a while Ueda talks without looking @ Koki.
Ueda: He has to live through this, Koki. Or I will never forgive him.
Koki: Don’t worry. He will make it.
Ueda: I really got angry to him, Koki. I really shouted @ him for leaving us behind right after we debut.
Koki: We all did. But we are not @ fault. We are also victims here so don’t feel guilty.
Ueda: But I do feel guilty.
Koki: We all are!
Tears fall from their eyes, still waiting for Jin’s surgery to end successfully.
Pi remained with Ryo and Kame. Ryo signaled to Pi to look over Kame.
Pi: Dai jobu ka?
Kame: Why is everybody worries about me? Where we have to worry is someone who is inside that room (surgery room)?
Pi: Because you are acting childish when a big problem comes in your way!
Ryo: Pi!?!
Pi: No, he must hear it right here, right now! Even though you always talk as if you know what to do during interviews, all the people close to you know how vulnerable you are when a big wave comes to your shore.
Maru and Junno heard everything. Maru knew that Pi is right but he must not say it to Kame @ this very moment with a broken heart. He might be torn into pieces and might never recover.
Maru: Pi, stop it!
Pi: So you better shape up and act your age so we won’t treat you like a kid!
Maru: I said stop it! You can tell him that after this whole drama ends ok.
Pi: When will you tell him his problem? When everything is too late? Come on guys you all have to grow up and be true to each other that you must have to tell to each other his personality problem especially to Kame.
Junno: Guys, stop it. We are all here for one purpose don’t ruin that. Jin is the most important here right now.
Then the doctor went out from the operating room. He declared that the surgery is successful. To give Jin a full rest he didn’t allow any visitors for the whole day. The group went out silently with a tension in the air. Koki and Ueda didn’t know that this tension is because of another thing not just because of Jin. Junno and Maru did not intend to inform the two about what happen so it will not create another tension.
