Kitten, yay!
So we're keeping him. He still needs a name, any suggestions?
He loves being held, so I'm going to try and turn him into a purse cat. I got the purse already (yay Target!), and he cheerfully sits in it while going places. We took him to Petsmart, Michaels, Best Buy, Target, and the mall. He seemed to enjoy himself, actually. Mostly because he got attention.
And for the record, he's not actually black, more of a super dark brown. When seen next to Meowzma (our mostly black cat), he looks quite brown. It's pretty strange.
Also, I was apparently wrong about his age. Mom says he's somewhere between 8 and 10 weeks old.
I want to name him Fabio, just because he's so damn cuddly, but mom didn't seem convinced. We also thought about Kingsford (like the charcoal, because he's sorta a charcoal color), but dad said he'd call him 'Kingy' if we did, which nixed that idea. Mom said 'Cuddles', but that's my nickname for Meowzma (he hates being touched), and I think poor Meowzma would freak out whenever we called for the kitten (I say 'Cuddles!!' just before picking him up and petting him).
Nothing refering to chocolate, thanks. So unoriginal. And not 'Shadow'. I want my purse cat to have a cool name, not something every other dark colored cat in existance is named. I guess I could go for a 'real' name too, but I don't like most boys names.
I like Eugene, but that's a tragic name for a kitten.
