i got this cool book today, it helps you document ur eating habits and workouts. you also write down ur goals and stuff. It's a 12 week challenge.
Well, my 12 week goal is to lose 40 pounds. I feel it can be done with hard work. I'm tired of being like this. I wanna be hot like I was right before I met mark 2 years ago. I am in the right mindset now and this is gonna get done. No more slacking off and blaming my fattiness on schoolwork. I'm hoping to have lost 80 pounds by my 21st birthday which is in July. If not 80 then I will settle for 60. But my ultimate goal is 80. Then I will be as skinny as I can get without dying.
Anywayz, I'm going down to the basement to do some yoga. It's really awesome and relaxing.
