Home is a wonderful feeling

Ahh, home sweet home. That familar and comforting smell of...well, farm. It is not a pretty smell, but it is home. And I love it.

I have missed it. I have missed everything about home.
I missed my family, my mom especially.
I missed my cats.
I missed all the other animals.
I missed the food network, which I watched all day today.
I missed the weirdness of my family. Yeah, my family is really weird and embarssing, but coming back home and experiencing it again...it made me happy. So what if my brothers play those weird games. So what if my dad goes hunting. So what if my mom...well is my mom. I love them all just the way they are.

I can't believe how much I have missed this place. I really hope that my mom and I can do something together tomorrow. Just the two of us. I know that I should catch up on homework, but I am really looking forward to some time with my mom. I really think that it is just what I need.

That and more Food Network in my life. Between food network and my mom, I will not do homework all weekend.

Today was a good day. A really good day. Only one thing missing. But maybe there will be time for that this weekend too.
Yeah right.
Oh well. A girl can dream.
