not to quit. I feel so completely defeated at work right now. I have to keep reminding myself that it's for the tuition reiembursement that I stay. And that once I get my degree I can leave, laughing...

But I didn't want to leave. Not until I found out my entire career can be hindered by one person.

*sigh*

I have no motivation to work hard right now...and I really just want to be at home.
