I just did an update in reno_rabbits about my first day vollunteering with the recue working on the 1000+ rabbits that needed rescuing...if you'd like to read.
Also...I know I have one or two teachers on my FL...if you're trying to think of a good creative project for your class to work on...lots of toys and things need to be made for the bunnies. Simple things like toiletpaper rolls stuffed with hay, or toys they can throw and what not...
The coordinators of the rescue said that if you got them to make some good bunny stuff and took pictures they'd put those pics up on the web site (of the kids making things) and then send all the kids pictures of the bunnies playing with the toys they made. Just an idea if any of you are intersted...
