Instead of working on something that can get released quickly… I’m working on an epic historical fantasy set in Bronze Age Mesopotamia.

But. But. But. It’s so shiny! There’s angst, betrayal, war, love, assassinations, evil crazy gods of chaos, the end of the world as we know it… What’s not to love?

Oh, right. The fact that it’s going to be about 100k long and I work full-time and have a family. And I’m only 4k in so far.
