soo happy to be back! we have been without internet access for almost a week. we are now using cable but I'm not sure it was a wise change. It doesn't seem as fast as yahoo dsl..hmmmm
I wanted to do a pic of Georgina that looked the way I remember school pictures looking when I was in elem. school. To me the portrait and side view just scream 70s!.
My husband is a 3rd grade teacher and uses the dachshund dollars as a behavior incentive in his classroom. The kids earn money each week for the classroom jobs they do..they also pay rent on their desks and owe money if they have behavior problems. Likewise, they earn money when he catches them being good and every few weeks they hold an auction and can buy little items. Since his class knows all about Georgina and Ramona I wanted to make these special.
It was so funny ..they got them and were thrilled that they were dachshunds..then 1 kid got all excited and said 'hey mr hall is that the real georgina?! and is that the real ramona?!'...it made their day!
