Color me stingy with my time when it comes to being in a hospital and not being paid for it. In order to get approval for my next (and hopefull last!) higher up lab license, I need to spend 80 hours in february at the micro department, unpaid. After that's done, I send in my paperwork, hopefully get approval then set a date within three months to sit for said exam. In addition to my current 40 hour work week and my family. I am trying not to get upset, but damn, the crap you have to go through to get what you want. I will pass and woohoo an upshot it pay for me!
