Sense8 - great diversity and really original concept, great cinematography and just a wonderful show.
Fringe - I just love this show, the characters are great, the acting is always on point imo, and while it sometimes strayed a bit like shows do, the main storyline is really cool. My heart still breaks just thinking about the final season, I love this show so muchxD
Hannibal - It is beautiful, the acting is good, but it gets really dark (literally, sometimes you can hardly see shapes). You should be warned though it is really graphic (even though it looks amazing as I said it's shot beautifully).
Parks and Recreation - The first season is short and a bit rough I guess, but they find their footing quickly and it is really funny and there are so many great characters and moments. You will care a lot about a minature horse^^
Orange Is The New Black - Season 1 is the best, the following season have their issues each but I think it is still enjoyable to watch, though the last season was rough mostly because there were so many shitty people and it can be exhausting watching something where you see characters you want gone but who are not going awayxD Anyway it's really focused on women which I think is great and the cast is really diverse (even though the focus should be on some side characters more but well everybody wants more of their faves I guessxD)
Miranda - Really funny British sitcom, I had to get into the awkwardness of the protagonist a bit, but she is awesome and it's really fun, I can highly recommend it.
How To Get Away With Murder - Mostly watch it for Viola Davis, she is the shining star of this show. It's really fun to watch, has a bit of soap opera theatrics but that is part of the charm imo.
Brooklyn 99 - Just hilarious, one of the best sitcoms I have ever seen, great cast all around, 10/10 would always recommend.
Fresh off the Boat - Just to throw in another sitcom, it's really funny too and the nostalgia factor with it being set in the 90s is great.
Elementary - It's a great procedural adaptation of the Sherlock Holmes stories and I think they are doing great with not being to literal in adapting things. The relationship between Holmes&Watson is really wonderful and while season 2 had a bit of a slump for me season 3 so made up for it!
UnReal - A show about a Bachelor type show and its producers. It's amazing and everybody should watch it.
The Affair - I admit this might be better for a later time since it could hit rather close to home for you. The acting is amazing though and Idk maybe season 2 could be helpful for you cause you get the PoV of the wife who has been cheated on and how she deals with things and the divorce.
Killjoys - Easy fun SciFi, awesome female lead and it's just nice to see some original SciFi again.
Mr. Robot - Bit of a slow burn but the acting is soooooo good!

TOTALLY FORGOT:

Nikita - Just really great action drama show, I'm still impressed what they managed to do with their CW budget, the leading ladies are awesome and it was a wonderful show that sadly got cut short (though they at least knew they had to come to an end so the final season wrapped up everything, even though some things could've been wrapped up better stroytelling wise imoxD).
