I thought it would be a great idea to do a True Blood friending meme. Especially with the show starting season 2 on Sunday night. I recently became a fan a week ago after buying the boxset and now I need some people I can gush with on the show. Spread this meme around and lets all become friends.

Have you read the Sookie Stackhouse books?: Currently looking forward to starting book 4
What do you think of the show vs. the books?: I saw season one way before I read the books, and now that I've read them I like how they stick close to the books yet allow for some big changes, you hardly notice the changes really, it's the first book adaptation I don't have qualms with. I can't really like one or the other more because they are both amazing for different reasons. I do hope the show brings BUBBA in ( thats elvis...as a retarded vampire >.> )

I love Bubba too. First time he was mentioned in the books it took me forever to figure it out. For some reason I was just being really slow. Then I suddenly got it, and I love Bubba ever since. ;) I get excited whenever he appears (with the possible exception of this one scene in Club Dead, of course)

YES! Actually though it took me like 5 minutes to figure it out, cause they talked about singing, and sightings and memphis and Im like, wait, memphis.... ELVIS! OMG! haha I woulda reacted like they did too.

I love him to peices, I havn't read past book 3 but I hope there's more of him, he's awesome.

Bubba appears every now and then in the later books,

I think I read all the books in about one week after I watched the first season. I ordered the book set from amazon and once I started I just couldn't put them down. :)

Oh I'm the same right now, except I couldn't afford the set so I've been buying them one by one or two by two, havn't had time to go to Barnes and Noble this week though, I'm dying to get at book four.

haha, a friend got me into it, I made a duct tape wallet ( that I still own ) and then decided I could make a totebag too, so I did, and from there we've got hair bows, bracelets, just a bunch a junk I sold on etsy, havn't made anything in a while but I should.
