Thank you so much to ames1010 for keeping me awake on my way to work, even though she was at the mall and can't talk on the phone. I don't know if I would have made it without falling asleep otherwise!
On a similar note, I will never...ever...understand some people. Ever.
So I went to KFC on my way to work, mainly just to get a diet coke. You know when you're tired and thirsty and the thought of a cold soda is just...heaven? That's the state I was in. I got a large, I was totally excited. I am a klutz. I dropped the damn thing all over the parking garage and my car, and had to use my Edge sweatshirt to wipe it up (just washed the car) and now I don't have a diet coke. Fuckin A.
I'm really not going out tonight, so if anyone wants to call and chat to keep me company while I fold laundry, that'd be fabulous. I'm just too tired, and tomorrow is going to be a long day. BUT starting Sunday, I have 3 days off (found out OFFICIALLY today that I got the days off), so...yes. Thank God for small favors.
So has anyone here ever been to Jerome, AZ? Anything we should check out besides the ghosts (sorry, shdallstr)? I read that there's a winery, ghost town, museum, bar, etc... I'm such a tourist, I'll have all of the information printed out to carry around with me.
I think I would have gotten lost this morning without madeinheaven and chipskip. I was that out of it when I was driving home, seriously. I was in SOUTH Chandler, and really had no idea where to go. I'm glad they wake up so early.
Everyone go see After the Burn's first show as a full band!! It's tomorrow night at Last Exit in Tempe (Priest and Southern). 21+ only. Good times. I still get requests for Bitches all the time.
