BACC: Introduction to Bloomsburg
I never did an introductory post to the neighborhood- something I probably should have done. Oh well, better late than never!
This is Bloomsburg:
The business area, off to the right:
The slightly larger family homes: (occupied by the Simms, Grucewiler, Williams, Sullivan, and Cansen families)
And finally, the starter home area of the neighborhood: (occupied by the Jackowski, Vanderploeg, DeWitt, Rinehart, Sandoval, and Rollins families)
As of the end of Rotation 5, I have 12 households with 45 playable sims, plus 9 pets. There are 20 businesses in the neighborhood, only 2 that are unowned (the Grocery Emporium and the Wedding Venue). I have 1 more free/unowned community lot to place. I think I might make a park for this one so all the kids have somewhere to go play. I've earned 18 CAS sims to add to the neighborhood, and have only used 12 of them so far. My Sim Modifier is 5, which makes my population total 225.
I had intended to add individual sim pictures and their stats into this update, but I think that would make it far too massive. So the new plan is to include that information in each family's individual update as I play them.
