The last couple weeks have been so amazing, I finally got my groove on where people are feelin me. I'm so thankful that I didn't get voted off early, so I got the chance to really find the real me onstage.
Offstage. Huh. I guess it makes for good TV and stuff if people think we Idols are all fighting and stuff, but it's just not true. We don't fight any more than most roommates who have to share bedrooms and bathrooms and have to be around each other 24/7 at the same high pressure jobs. I admire LaToya so much, she's so calm and cool and classy. Tasia is more wild but still a lot of fun. I'm sure I leave more hair in the bathroom sink and the shower than either of them do! But we're not like, oh I hope she chokes this week! It's a lot more fun when we all do well.
I want to win the whole thing, of course, but I'll be really happy to make it to the Top 4. Josh Gracin was #4 (wait, or was he #5?) last year, and now he has an album coming out. He and Clay and Kimberley Locke and all the others who have projects going on showed us that you don't have to win the title to win for your career. There's definitely room in the music biz for three more divas, especially since we all have different styles.
