Now, I'm not a fan of illegal activity but COME ON. You're going to tell me that the police are going to go up to the nice white family and assume they're immigrants? Doubt it. And it just means that every Spanish "looking" naturalized or natural-born person in the state is going to have to prove that they're citizens now every time the police stop them. Because you know damn right well that's who they're targeting.
You know what other countries used to do this? Apartheid South Africa. Nazi Germany. And no, I'm not one to automatically associate things that I don't like to totalitarian racist government systems. But hell, if the shoe fits...
What are we going to do next? Make them wear clothing patches? Shit.
The last time we did this in the US we put Japanese and Japanese Americans in internment camps.
HOW IS THIS CONSTITUTIONAL???? AND YES, THE CONSTITUTION APPLIES TO IMMIGRANTS BECAUSE IT IS THE LAW OF THE LAND. AS LONG AS SOMEONE IS PRESENT WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THEY ARE TO FOLLOW OUR LAWS AND GUESS WHAT? WE ARE TO FOLLOW THEM TOO, REGARDLESS OF WHY THEY'RE HERE OR WHERE THEY COME FROM. TWO WRONGS DO NOT MAKE A RIGHT.
