Tried boiling them this year, and then zapping them in the oven with glaze on, for a little while. They came out mouthmeltingly tender. But now I need to floss, the meat fibres stick between my teeth... That's about as interesting as my life gets today.
Oh, and this morning I couldn't open the front door.... Heavy snowfall and winds had built up a heavy drift against it. I felt very small against the forces of nature.
