Wedding Update
So as all you know I'm engaged to Matthew Galasso!! This is my first of many wedding updates I'm sure! So I've started planning so that I will get the date that I want, June 21, 2008. I've looked at a couple different places to have our reception. Right now I have two options that are running neck and neck right now.
One is a restaurant, Til Midnight. This was my original choice before I found a couple others. Its a very large room with really tall ceilings and huge windows. The food is amazing and the price isn't too bad. The only problem that I have with the location is the fact that the restaurant is right on the other side of a parcial wall and they could very easily just walk into the space where the party is going on. While I'm sure I will be too busy with everything else that is going on to notice if one or two people peek around the wall.
The other place is Windmill Island. It's an island where one of the last real windmills from the Netherlands to brought over to the US. I could have both the wedding and reception here. They have beautiful gardens and cool sights on the island. The reception would be under a beautiful pavilion with cool lights. This one is a little bit more expensive and is a little bit more suceptible to the weather, since its outdoors. I would love to have an outdoor wedding and reception, but Michigan weather is very unpredictable.
I don't think that price will be an issue because there's not that big of a difference. I just can't make up my mind. What do you all think?? I'm just curious. In the end it will be Matt's and my decision. So yeah that's all I'm done now! You won't have to hear about my girliness again for a while! Toodles!
