Maybe next time I'll hire a maid.
I worked my little tail off yesterday, and I'm stil freaking beat. I haven't been that productive in one day in a loooong time. Here's what I did:
1) Worked hard. All day. I haven't been that busy in a while.
2) Bought gift certificates for our student helpers for orientation.
3) Bought cards for my uncle and my sick coworker.
4) Washed car, got oil change, and filled up gas.
5) Tried in total vain to find a new lampshade, after going to Target, Macy's, JCPenney's, and then searching for an unfindable lighting store on Greenwood/Phinney.
6) Grocery shopped at TJ's
7) Did four loads of laundry, including clothes, bedding, bathmat, and kitchen rug
8) Cleaned my apartment.
9) Freaking SCRUBBED my kitchen and bathroom floors on my hands and knees until they shone.
I finally passed out at 11pm -- but not before I realized that I forgot to clean my desk. *sigh* Maybe next time.
