has such pretty surrealistic images. i'm thinking about painting a series maybe... i like :26, 1:15, 1:30, 1:45, 2:22, maybe 3:24 too. put them up in a row, on my wall.

this, of course, would be like the 5th painting i've ever painted before, in my entire life... :s

not to steal your idea or anything, think of this more as a digital test draft time thing. just wanted to see how it might look. but real paint would be way better.

funny, i was thinking you'd do something like this :) maybe just remembering when you found that image once from requiem for a dream. i'm so glad you did. i was going to try to do something like that, as a jumping off point, but was unsure how to :) would these print out, do you know? i could try to do it at work tonight. hmm, actually, i do have one of those photo printers, that you hook up to your camera and can then print actual color photos from. used it once... god, i'm so bad with electronics, it's so embarrassing :)

i'm not sure how they'd print, i've never used anything like that, but it's easy enough to make all sorts of adjustments if they need resizing or brightening or anything. could also separate them into separate images, of course.

i'll have to see what happens when i try to print it, then take it from there :)~ hm, almost feel like calling into work tonight, so i can devote more attention to this right now. probably a bad idea tho.

like the other chester icon, but less sure about this one.. can barely tell what it is. speaking of chester art, btw, i tried finding images of him that were better than youtube quality the other day, but had no luck..

he's being a ghost here. that's why i like it, because you can barely tell it's him, save for the yellow tentacles peeking out :)~ maybe i'll use this one when i'm feeling shy or uncertain about something.

why were you looking for chester images the other day, pray tell?

funny, or worrisome, depending on how you look at it, but i was seriously thinking to include that first image with the series, instead of one of the other house ones, because the rest of the houses seemed maybe too similar. you didn't like 1:15, i take it, or just reading my mind?

hah, want to see the first version with 1.15? i altered it at the last minute to include the other one.

ok

wow, yeah, it does look like too many houses with 1:15. now i'm unsure about the one you have though. it has a nice, lonely look to it, but maybe we need something less house-y, more from nature-y? maybe that image of the tree with the two smoking holes, or something else? need more of a balance here.

what happened to the road in the sky picture? you didn't like that either?

could you give me a time, i'm not sure which scene you're talking about. or what about maybe of the floating feet, i thought that might be interesting.

the cloud pic i messed up, and didn't bother fixing. but, the road got cut out with the youtube logo. i could redo it easily enough, i hadn't even realized why it looked wrong, but that might be it.

floating feet... like :48 or :56 maybe

the smoking tree is at 1:37-ish

though, now i'm thinking that a full body floating image would tie everything together nicely. one where she's floating down the road of life.

did you know, the singer isn't her, it's actually the woman sitting at that table.

ooo, i just tried printing them out at work. works very well. it's pretty dark though, any way you can make them lighter?
