Chalfont St. Peter and the weather is grey, the dog is nuts and the family are just like they should be. its great when everyone knows their place. Yesterday Gilly took myself, Ma, Michaela, Alison and Loua up to this ropes course-y thing in a forest. It was so much fun. Nothing beats being hanging around in a tree ten feet from the ground! We then went to this extremely crowded swimming pool called something, Coral something, Coral Reef. It had a pirate ship and clouds that really rained and this crazy whirlpool thing. Highly entertaining if you block out all the children...children...children...
The drama continues at home from what I hear. Maelie hates Katy because Katy betrayed Maelie by messing around with Alex, who Maelie is terribly and horribly infatuated with. Katy is now feeling awful guilt for something that had to happen if you were Katy. Its an itchy situation. Then there is Suz who has a boyfriend that treats her so so badly, and is- quite frankly- not a nice guy. Actually, a complete two-faced sleaze. She has been stalking and stalked by an interesting young fellow ever since we played that concert at Eltham aages ago. She finally caught up with him and introduced herself. I haven't heard much but apparently this young punk (drummer) is called Jack and is a complete lovely guy. LEAVE THE OTHER ONE SUZ HE IS NOT RIGHT FOR YOU!
I'm still suffering in my own way. Haven't heard anything from over there bar a forward. Its painful to say the least.
Getting on a plane to-night (friday), Quantas instead of British Airways this time so that should (hopefully) be more comfortable. Home on Sunday (their time), ready to be throughly jet-lagged I think.
