Yesterday I was minding my own business making some tacos for dinner (unfortunately, not of the Shipman variety).. when a knock came at my door. Knocks on my door are rare. But what (who) was at my door was rarer. A secret agent. A secret agent saying, "secret mission, do you accept?". I really had no choice but to say yes. She handed me a portfolio of information. Pictures, information, and instructions. The last instruction was "when you have them call Lily Straight* at ###-###-#### to hear where to take them" (whatever "them" is!). I was worried about that last part of the mission since I don't have a cell phone. I didn't understand why I couldn't have been given complete instructions from the get go, but I guess that's how secret missions work. But of course my worries were pointless, a secure telephone was provided at the critical point in the mission. Overall, my first secret mission went a lot smoother than I expected. It could have been a complete disaster. 2 hours and 45 minutes later it was complete. Well, once I started. I had to wait a while after the instructions were given for the right timing.

Hmm.. is it bad to post about secret missions on the internet?
