Pancakes!...
I'm sorry, I'm not afraid to admit that ever since seeing the IHOP commercial last night for free pancakes in honor of National Pancake Day, I've been excited. There is no IHOP in Ithaca, and frankly, I've only been to one in my life. Besides, no one makes pannycakes like Big D. No one I tell you! But just the thought that one of my favorite things ever having it's own day makes me giddy to no end!...
