I was given two options, write this or make a phone call. And I HATE talking on the phone. Well let's see....my life. I've become obsessed with getting skinnier. Don't think that means that I'm not eating or anything, I'm just working out like a fiend. My chem class starts on Monday the 28th, which sucks donkey dick. After that, I'm headin out to good ol' Hershey, PA for a fun-filled family reunion! YEEHAW! Then I'm prolly jettin up to Ontario for the weekend after that, then I'm headin up to Brandon's in NY w/KimmyJ for the weekend after that. Then I'm gonna try and make it out to Camden, NJ for the DMB show for the final weekend of July. (free tix from a friend) We'll see how it all works out. If it does work out, it'll be one hell of an awesome July, despite my classes, but otherwise....I dunno. I just realized that I still need time to study. But whatev, you know? I need a "C" to get the credits, so I kinda just don't care as long as I do decently. Oh yea, how about I had to get an entirely new book for this chem class right? So I call the CCAC bookstore to get the IP# of the book, but they cant give it to me, so instead they say they'll reserve me a copy at the store and I can go and pick it up when it comes in. I asked them how much it would be, they said $150. I said HAH! Just give me the author and title and edition number and I'll get it myself. So they did, and I went on Half.com and found the damn thing for $20. Fuckin rippers! Trying to deprive me of every cent I have. (which ain't much) Other than that, not too much is going on. I went to see The Stepford Wives on Saturday night, which was pretty funny, yet kinda creepy too. Then last night I rented Lost in Translation with Bill Murray. It was really good. Like not in a typical movie sense though, it kinda made you think and feel different things on a deeper level without getting cheesy and tacky, which is a REALLY hard thing to do. There was just one weird thing about it...there were a lot of really long looks between the two main characters, but it wasn't over the top so it wasn't tacky. There were a lot of down-played romantic subtleties that made it seem true-to-life. Overall a thumbs up I think. Well, that's about it. So until whenever I write next, stay chill y'all!
P.S. Happy Diana?!?!?
