about time 4 an update
I guess one post every 6 months means I'm pretty bad at updating this thing. I'm still working at the same law firm but I'm working on getting my PI license over the next few months. Fredy and I are also working on our new business painting houses. We already have everything together to get our contractor's license and are just waiting on the bond to arrive and then to take all of the paperwork down to Salem to actually get the license. Fredy and his friend are going to be doing the actual painting and I'm going to be doing the books and advertising and stuff. It is pretty cool to do something because you enjoy it and personally want it to succeed. I am also doing some freelance writing on the side so I've been pretty busy lately. I think the more things I have going on the happier I feel. Fredybwants to visit Bolivia this year but with the new business and all I don't think we're going to be able to.
My back has been pretty bad lately, I might have to have surgery again which sucks. I have an appt with my neurosurgeon in 2 wks. It really sucks not to really be able to help out around the house. Fredy has been so supportive of having to do so much more, I feel really lucky to have such a great husband. My work has been pretty cool too with all the work I've been missing lately.
We just got our wireless Internet working again woo! I feel like reading a book but I haven't found anything interesting I want to read lately. Hmm that's about it maybe I'll try and update more often since livejournsl is way better than my space or facebook. I like simple.
