Lovely flowers from Jay and baby for Mothers Day!
Here is where I spent my day today and yesterday, working on a large wholesale order. I do most of my work in this chair, since I've been pregnant, because it's the only really comfortable chair for my creaky self, and I can watch frightening amounts of tv while I work. We've had dreary weather here, so I get to wistfully and dramatically pause and look at the rainy, weedy garden occasionally. ha! Anyway, this corner of my living room is usually littered with bags of wool and bits of fluff. If you were to drop by unexpectedly, you'd be in for a surprising mess...speaking of surprising messes....
I mentioned plans for the nursery before, well let me show you something scary....this is my horrifyingly messy sewing room, which will be the baby's nursery. Since it is rainy today, you can't see what great light this room gets, but it's very sunny and bright. However, how on earth am I going to turn this mess into a baby's room!! I have to find a way to cram all of this stuff into our office in a neat & tidy way, which will mean eliminating the majority of it. After the baby, I will be focusing on making bears, mostly, so I think it should be feasible to downsize, since everything I use for them is quite mini. And my new space is going to be inspiring and organized, with everything in its place and labelled. Yes, that is the plan.
