Beautiful! She looks like she wetfelted most or all of the pieces, which, in my experience, is arduously long.

Yes, they are definitely wet felted. I actually like both equally I think. For my bears I needle felt, but my jewelry I wet felt. Your felt work is really lovely, by the way! :)
