Can we just say it's been forever since I've updated this. Being busy with school was a good excuse, but I've had the last month off and haven't updated once. Perhaps it's because I don't have internet at home and refused to do this in a library, I don't know. Well break was fun, basically just took a few roadtrips and studied for the GMAT, big surprise. Good news is- I bumped my score up 50 points. Yay me! So maybe we should start by talking about Mansfield, which was like the first day I was home... It was great seeing Emily, Dan, and David after being away so long. It was a much needed reunion among us fellow Sanduskians. We came from all over for just one night of fun- California, Kent, Canton, and Sandusky- and oh what fun we had- despite all the craziness of splitting up to do our different things- by the way, wasn't all that impressed with the movie, and I really wasn't impressed with the directions that Outback bartender gave us. She coulda been a little more thorough to say the least, but we still found the place, thanks to the man with the map- 3 hours away lol Sorry dad. Oh and I can't forget my car "smelling like a brewery" or so said the cop that pulled us over, and let us go after seeing two beautiful innocent girls just trying to have some good old fun haha. So a kiss goodbye and that weekend was over too soon. Then a week went past and it was off to Sandusky- roadtrip #2- destination Louie's Christmas Party. Who woulda thought we'd ever go to Louie's in long sleeves? It just wasn't the same without the Lake Erie breeze in our next-to-nothing tank tops. And who woulda thought we'd be dancing with Dan's #1 fan in the middle of the dancefloor or even better, making our own dancefloor- oh wait, that's nothing new lol. Oh and as much as I like to forget about anything that happened in our jacuzzi suite including my injuries...well i guess it wasn't that bad. it was pretty damn funny trying to operate the jets in that jacuzzi and play in the bubbles with a tub full of people :) I still think we shoulda got the glow in the dark bubbles. Who's idea was that anyways to not get slimy? Sounds fun to me! So one messed up back, elbow, and the stiffest neck ever from sleeping ever so comfortably and my dry shorts- sike- and that weekend was over. It took a little longer than expected to drive through the huge snow storm, but David kept us company over the phone on our trip home. Then it was Christmas. Yada Yada Yada. Fun family times, playin with the new baby in the family who's growing up way to fast- almost 2 now. A few more days and then it was on to roadtrip #3- destination Pittsburgh, PA for new year's eve. It was much more than I expected. What can I say, I knew Emily was a genius, but she's also a great host too!! We saw a lot of Pittsburgh in the few hours that I was there. Shopping, Coaxing Dan into coming and failing, getting ready for the big night out, making jello shots galore, and making a scene at Square Station or is it Station Square? Well one of us was making a scene at least. Never hurt anyone to show a little skin though haha. Then it was off to the party more or less- to celebrate the new year in style! Good times, Good times. Only more to come. Now I'm back at school. I woke up at 7:30 am and have been nonstop since. With C'mon I Wanna Lei Ya only 10 days away and open rush, invite rush, and pledging, and SIFE competition practices all around the corner, it's gonna be a crazy semester. Not to mention I actually have class every day of the week this time around. That blows big time. When is Spring Break again? Yea, I definitely sense a vacation in the near future.
