On a more positive note. I did a half hour of Core-focused Pilates yesterday, and it was amazing! My abs are so sore today. I didn't think I had any muscles left down there. My goal is to do either 30 minutes of yoga, pilates, light weights, or a walk every day.

Operation: Happy & Healthy has begun.
