instead of being downstairs studying, i'm sitting at my desk thinking about slip n' slides. how nice would it be, on a warm summer day, in my red bathing suit, sliding down a piece of plastic? i can still remember the feeling of freedom, those days when there was nothing to do but run in sunshine. i'd take the sprinkler and put it on my head, and run around spraying everything in sight. run through the stream of water, then run through again. that game never got tiresome! and those hot days were really hot. somewhere between 90 and 100 degrees, i'm not sure how i would have survived it without that slip n' slide. and tcby chocolate frozen yogurt every night of my life.

okay summer, i am ready for my swimming hole.
