I have a place to live!
I'm moving out Friday to 17 ave and 14 st SW. Wicked cool. A security guard is on duty Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. Underground parking. Security camera's and sprinkler systems. A work out room. And a room mate that's almost never home!
I also get it for a dirt cheep price ($300/month). I KNOW! He's in Oil and Gas so money isn't the factor with him - it's occupancy of someone sane (enough) and tidy.
I'm so happy!!!!! I checked how long it would take me to get to work - 8 mins baby - ye-ahh! That's an extra 50 mins of sleep in the morning. No more highway driving!
I'm grining ear to ear! Once I'm settled I will have a series of get togethers (it's a smallish apartment - everyone wouldn't fit in it).
