Me Like Sleep

I spent all weekend working but not sleeping. I slept in Wednesday and Thursday, at about 10 hours and 12 hours respectively. Then I had insomnia Thursday night and I couldn't get to sleep until about 0800 in the morning; I had to wake up at about 1300. Next I defended my country on two and seven hours of sleep respectively. Then I slept in this morning. I only slept nine hours though.

I often have insomnia in the summer, thanks to El Centro. I used to sleep in on the summers as a kid. I'd sleep as much as 15 hours. Perhaps I was depressed. These days, I usually don't sleep more than nine hours. But I still sometimes hit those ridiculous times. In the other direction, I find I can function on less than eight hours, but I can't get my bitch ass out of bed.
