you just need to see more movies!!!
if you can find Taste of Tea....with Tadanobu Asano.......see it. it's amazing. it's Japanese, though.....so you may have trouble finding it.

i saw it a year ago at a film festival....sooooo good. it's kinda hard to find here, in the states, though
