(no subject)
So the bad news is that my internship starts tomorrow. That's not really bad news, it's actually kind of exciting and I'm looking forward to it, except for some nervous anxiety I suffer before I try anything new. It does, however, mark the end of the shore era when I had free catch-up time on Monday and Wednesday mornings. It will all be spent in a Mesa elementary school. A difficult week to start all this when I have buckets of reading to do and a paper due on Friday.
The good news is that I got my Eric back in one piece. We had a fun weekend, which included grocery shopping, arguing about what to eat, watching the last of the "Thin Man" series, and all sorts of other randoms. He also brought me back a shiny trinket from San Francisco. Cali-trinkety-goodness!
