It's been so long...
Ok, so I'm still around. Things have been going pretty well. I'm still a manager at Wendy's. I've been getting shipped around to a buncha different stores lately. Although, my boss has been givin' me a mall gift card every week for the inconvenience, and we ALL know how Jenna LOVES the mall!! hehe...more clothes, and most importantly SHOES!!! Also, he made the comment to me that my attitude is good and this will help me get promoted! So we'll see.
Chris's birthday is on Friday. I'm taking him out for the day. I reall love that boy....I can sit there and talk to him about anything, I'm more comfortable around him than I've EVER been around anyone! We even talked a lil about the big M word! hehe...He wants a fall wedding...I just want a wedding! haha...I'm so demanding. There's no ring yet, so I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but we're saying maybe fall of '06 which would make me sooooo freakin' happy!!!
Ok, so I have a new geeky obsession. PS2 (Play Station 2). I went to the movies one day with Chris and they had one of the dance dance revolution (ddr) games there. I tried it and LOVED it!! So.....I went out and bought it! haha! So it is now my diet plan....the ddr diet! haha Anyways...since I now owned a PS2, why not buy other games, RIGHT?! haha! I feel like a 12 year old who loves to party! haha! 12 one day 21 the next...maybe one day I'll act my age!!!
My dad has been on one of his "I think I'm 21" kicks again. It's cool, though, cuz he's fun to hang out with, sometimes... Saturday has become official "go to the bar night" for my friends and I. Dad just loves to tag along. Bob came to pick me up on Saturday, and as I left, my dad (who had just told me in the car 1/2 an hour before, that he wants to "give up the partyin") gives me this sad puppy dog look. So, after closing the front door, I reopened it to find him in the exact same position, still standing on the stairs. I felt bad, so I asked him if he wanted to come along. He got the excitement of a 10 year old, and grabbed his coat. I must say, though, he is pretty cool to hang out with, and if it makes him happy, what the heck, right?! Plus, my friends, for some odd reason, seem to think he's a real hoot! We even had him out on the dance floor dancing!! The only downfall when he comes along is I end up having to crawl into the backseat of Bob's car....ugh (damn 2 door cars!) haha!
Well, today is my last day of work before my mini vacation. I call it a mini, because I'm only off for 4 days, but hey, it's better than nothing. But I gotta get running, since I'm sure I've bored you outta ur mind by now...but this is about all that's new with me for now! I love readin' everyone else's journal, though...even though we don't get to talk much, at least we see what's going on in each other's lives, and I try to type words of encouragement and help when I feel I have a lil something that might help!! Welp, take care all!
