might be gettin a duplex..
here we go again!
so i might be gettin a 4 bedroom, 3 level duplex
in walking distance to an elementary school n shopping.
i got first dibs
i was completely honest with the landlord about my cats and my intentions on breeding them. and my dog..and my two lil kids lol
she says it's A-OK!!!!!

i guess she's purchasing it now and will be renovating it for the month of august
so i'd have to move for sept. 1st
if i can have it..
i invited her to come here to see our living situation and how clean i am. i think she's coming next week.
not many landlords will trust anyone who owns a bunch o animals
but she seems great about it
i plan to move on a weekend and hopefully ryan can keep the kids the entire time at his place.
i don't want to put them through the stress of it all again
although they really seem to have a lot of fun during a move hahaah
moving so soon may be too confusing to them
i'll try n set it all up so when they come home on a sunday night their beds are ready for em n everything.
if i can't get this 4 bedroom for whatever reason, i have a few other places to fall back on..
ones real expensive though, $1250 a month, heat included, another 4 bedroom but it's a single house. i can't see it till the 3rd coz hes away on vacation.
but he's also 100% ok with me breeding cats there
my current landlord will hopefully let us stay till sept. 1st since i doubt i can get anything during august..
he hasn't really said anything to me
he doesn't look at me..
if he says hi he looks down or somethin

anyways..onto the next chapter of my life
hopefully it'll be better than this one
my aim is STABILITY!!! COMFORT! FREEDOM! RELAXATION! HAPPINESS!
i'm a lil worried still about gage 'n school...
if we can't get settled before school starts here i'm jus gonna keep him home another year, n start him at 6..or just continue to teach him myself 'n home school
the school he's registered with is crap
the kids are crap, the kids' parents are crap..
n who knows where we'll be livin by september, and what school we'd be near..and if it would be ok or not...
