jenna's week
while jenna is waiting for aol to load her rich text format, she will ramble. jenna is currently in colorado waiting to be taken to the presidents' heads thingy. she is excited about it! but is extremely impressed that she is functioning at all. she decided to type in third person so everyone can enjoy the randomness!! and if aol doesnt load her rich text format, there will be no lj cut for you!
so last weekend jenna embarked on the magical journey that is acen. she studied for her finals while having fun and being recognized as vampire princess miyu who she dressed up as. people were shouting 'its vampire princess miyu!!' and pointed at her and she was like 'woo!' and continued walking. some of those people took pictures of her kick ass bow and she was pleased. saturday she spent time in the hotel room studying with bunny though they got little accomplished, even though in reality jenna did but that will be explained later. so sunday came around and jenna and everyone (too lazy to list names) left acen and headed back home. a few hours later jenna hopped back into her car and headed back to school. sad day.
after jenna got back to school she decided it was in her best interest to study for her business final some more. she read through her notes and went through her notecards. then played online. then attempted to go through her notecards. half way through and she deemed it necessary to play online some more. yes the internet, it may seem wonderful, but it is very distracting to a jenna who is trying to study. then jenna attempted to find the girl from her class that wanted to study with her. she set her timer for desperate housewives cause the girl decided 8 would be a good time to study. jenna trudged her way to the library and as she went a girl from her dorm said 'i thought you were gone!' and jenna replied 'i was gone for the weekend but now i am back!' jenna sat in the library for a half an hour while the girl never showed up. while in reality she just didnt look for jenna very thoroughly because jenna snagged the first available table in the library. stupid girl. so jenna ended up going to her sorority and studied there. she kinda felt like na idiot because the girl who jenna was studying with deemed it necessary to go through the slides and say 'this is a potential test question!!!' stupid. needless to say, they finished early and jenna ran away. monday morning jenna decided to hardcore study for her business final. she did need to score more than a 86% on it or something. honestly, jenna wasnt even sure if she needed to take the in class final but did because the teacher didnt know anything.
after she took the final which she thought she did shitty on, she went back to her dorm to find her roommate and mom packing her shit. being the nice person jenna is she decided to volunteer her assistance to move stuff. so after jenna was done moving her roommate out, she finally decided it was time to study for her religion final on tuesday! her roommate gave her a list for the timeline and random info for each time thingy. jenna can only think of the word dynasty and she knows its not that word. but jenna slightly neglected it and paid for it on the final ~_^ ah well she still got an 85% on it so she wasnt extremely said. it left her with a 96% so it was all good. so after her final, jenna's mom came to help her move out. first they went out to eat at cheddars cause jenna loves that place. so after jenna and her mom moved out the tv, refridgerator, clothes, plastic drawers, comptuer, printer, and other extra shit, jenna sat down for a few mins. then matt came home and matt and jenna went back to peoria to get jenna's couch and turn in her room key. jenna finally got home around 9 oclock. that time was spent putting away her clothing which she found out that she had no room for jeans so she has a jean pile on the floor in her room. she got her computer set up and realized the net was down. she figured she'd fix it on wednesday.
wednesday comes around and jenna gets talked to before she's fully awake by mom. mom had the week off. jenna got annoyed rapidly in the early morning >,< she struggled w/ the stupid internet wednesday during the day cause jake was asleep and heaven forbid you wake him up. finally turned on channel 13 and realized insight was upgrading stuff and having technical issues. finally she got locke online. she was excited cause she'd be able to download ouran high school host club episode 5! unfortunatley fate was against her and it took 3 days to dl it >,< wednesday ended with jenna cleaning her room and throwing shit away.
thursday jenna was talked to in the am again cause her mom doesnt know her well enough even though she's lived w/ her for 22 years. some people dont learn. once jake was awake, jenna cleaned more of her room up and started to pack for their trip on friday to go back to peoria for her graduation. thursday continued w/ jenna getting pissed cause her stuff wasnt downloading.
friday came around and jenna, mom, dad and grandma piled into mom's car and drove to peoria. we went to this stupid dealy that mom wanted to go to. grandma was laughing cause there was more than one white haired old lady there. dad and jenna deemed it stupid so everyone left! then the family got some chips and donuts for the next day and went to gamble. everyone was waiting for matt and jake everyone went to the boat. matt and jake got there at like 8 and everyone was finally able to eat. jenna won thirty dollars playing video poker! she was doing well because she was playing $2 a hand ~_^ she rocked out loud. around 11 she and her mom went back to the room. jenna washed her hair and got it straightened adn attempting so sleep. unfortunately sleeped eluded her and she woke up every hour on the hour. finally saturday was there and jenna was tired for getting less than her usual 8 hours of sleep. she was at the peoria civic center at 8 oclock and was ready to graduate. unfortunately the people in charge made her stand around for an hour and fifteen mins. she was tired of standing. she then had to walk a while in her shoes that were killing her toes cause precautions were taken with her blistery heels. finally all the graduates got into the center and jenna's family could easily see her. matt took a lot of pictures of jenna with his new camera. maybe jenna will upload pictures later.
so at 1 pm the graduation was over. jenna felt sorry for the people reading graduate students names because about 85% of them were literally from india. jenna's toes were sore and jake was passed out in the back of matt's car by the time we got there. jake yelled cause he was hungry and jenna yelled back cause she had no idea where they were at in peoria. it was lovely. so by the time everyone got back to lasalle everyone decided to take a nap >,< jenna took one about 430 and woke up at 450 and got ready to go out to eat w/ her family. little did she know that other people in her family were meeting her out to eat to celebrate her graduation! she was shocked to see her aunt and uncle pulling into the lot as they were entering the door. she was happy that her family came to party with hers. after everyone ate the party moved to grandma's where jenna stayed til about 1030. by this time, jenna was happily incoherent! she attempted to pack some for patti's on sunday but failed. she went to bed around 1130. at 643 matt was waking her up to say good bye. jenna finished packing. dad, mom, and jenna drove to midway and jenna got ready to fly.
jenna's flight went well but she's tired and doesnt feel like rambling any more >,< so jenna will continue this later when she is home. the lovely readers will be able to find out how her trip to colorado went!
