Were lookin for another room mate to live in our house. Its 4 bedroom, 2 bath, pool and jacuzzi..
Its located in Tampa off of Bearss Ave. and Haven Bend (which is between Florida ave. and dale mabry)
its about 10 minutes from USF, and about 15-20min from HCC
the rent is $450 a month with all utilites included except for cable.
